- Hesap yok, reklam yok, analiz ya da izleme aracı yok.
- Uygulamanın arkasında geliştiriciye ait bir sunucu yok. Geliştirici senin hiçbir verini görmez, toplamaz, saklamaz.
- Konuşmaların senin kendi Gemini API anahtarınla doğrudan Google'a gider.
- Geri kalan her şey telefonunda kalır.
Bu politika JARVIS iPhone uygulamasını (“uygulama”) kapsar. Uygulamayı bireysel geliştirici Alp Ünlü geliştirir.
1. Telefonunda kalanlar
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca senin telefonunda saklanır; geliştiriciye gönderilmez:
- Gemini API anahtarın: iOS Anahtar Zinciri'nde.
- Ayarlar: seçtiğin çip, verdiğin adlar, ses ve dil tercihleri.
- Hafıza: asistandan hatırlamasını istediğin bilgiler.
- Konuşma geçmişi: son 500 satır; iOS dosya korumasıyla şifreli.
- Mac eşleşmesi: kendi Mac'inle eşleştirdiysen bağlantı bilgisi ve erişim anahtarı (Anahtar Zinciri'nde).
- Zamanlayıcı ve alarm etiketleri.
Bu veriler iOS'un kurallarına göre iCloud ya da iPhone yedeğine dahil olabilir.
2. Google Gemini'ye gidenler
Asistan, Google'ın Gemini API'siyle çalışır. Bağlantı senin anahtarınla, telefonundan doğrudan Google'a kurulur. Asistan açıkken şunlar Google'a gider:
- Sesin: asistan dinlerken (uyku modunda değilken ve mikrofon açıkken) mikrofon sesi Gemini'ye akar. Konuşmanın ne zaman bittiğini Gemini anlar. Mikrofonu ekrandaki düğmeyle ya da uyku moduyla kapatabilirsin. Uygulama arka plandayken konuşma sürüyorsa dinlemeye devam eder; iOS bunu ekranın üstündeki turuncu mikrofon göstergesiyle gösterir.
- Yazdıkların ve seçtiğin fotoğraflar.
- Kamera görüntüsü: yalnızca kamerayı açtığında, saniyede bir kare.
- Araç sonuçları: asistanın senin isteğinle kullandığı araçların sonuçları. Örneğin hava durumu, takvim etkinlikleri ve anımsatıcılar, rehberde bulunan kişi, pil ve depolama durumu, hafızadaki bilgiler ve eşleştirdiğin Mac'ten gelen sonuçlar.
- Son konuşmanın birkaç satırı: yeni bir oturum açılırken, sohbetin kaldığı yerden sürmesi için.
Bu veriler Google'ın koşullarına tabidir: Gemini API Ek Hizmet Şartları ve Google Gizlilik Politikası.
Önemli: Gemini API'nin ücretsiz katmanında Google gönderilen içeriği ve cevapları ürünlerini geliştirmek için kullanabilir; bunlar insan incelemeciler tarafından okunabilir. Ücretsiz katmanda hassas ya da kişisel bilgi paylaşma. Ücretli katmanda Google bu içeriği ürün geliştirmek için kullanmaz. Ayrıntılar yukarıdaki şartlarda.

Arama yapma, mesaj yazma, yol tarifi ya da WhatsApp gibi işlerde uygulama ilgili uygulamayı (Telefon, Mesajlar, Haritalar, WhatsApp) açar; gönderme ya da arama onayı senindir ve o uygulamanın kendi gizlilik kuralları geçerlidir.
4. İzinler
Her izin isteğe bağlıdır; vermediğin izin gerektiren özellik çalışmaz, gerisi çalışır. İzinleri istediğin zaman iPhone Ayarları'ndan değiştirebilirsin.
- Mikrofon: sesli konuşma. İzin vermezsen yazarak konuşursun.
- Kamera: görüntüyü anlatma ve Mac'le eşleşmek için QR okuma.
- Konum (kullanırken): bulunduğun yerin hava durumu.
- Kişiler: birini araman ya da ona mesaj yazman istendiğinde kişiyi bulmak.
- Takvim ve Anımsatıcılar: etkinlik ve anımsatıcı okuma ve ekleme.
- Alarmlar: zamanlayıcı ve alarm kurma.
- Yerel ağ: aynı Wi-Fi'daki Mac'ini bulma.
5. Silme ve kontrol
- Hafıza ve geçmiş: Ayarlar › HAFIZA'dan BİLDİKLERİNİ UNUT ve GEÇMİŞİ SİL.
- Mac eşleşmesi: Ayarlar › MAC'ten EŞLEŞMEYİ KALDIR.
- Anahtar: Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin. Anahtarı aistudio.google.com/apikey adresinden silersen hemen geçersiz olur.
- Uygulamayı silmek telefondaki verilerini siler. iOS, Anahtar Zinciri'ndeki kayıtları bazen uygulama silindikten sonra da tutar; anahtarı Google'dan silmek onu her durumda geçersiz kılar.
- Google'daki veriler: Google'a gönderilen içerik için geliştiricinin elinde bir kayıt yok. O veriler hakkındaki taleplerin için Google'ın gizlilik araçlarını kullan.
6. Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir. Gemini API anahtarı almak için Google'ın yaş şartlarını karşılaman gerekir.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada, yeni tarihiyle yayımlanır.

- No accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking.
- There is no developer server behind the app. The developer never sees, collects or stores your data.
- Your conversations go directly to Google using your own Gemini API key.
- Everything else stays on your phone.
This policy covers the JARVIS iPhone app (“the app”), developed by independent developer Alp Ünlü.
1. What stays on your phone
The following is stored only on your phone and is never sent to the developer:
- Your Gemini API key: in the iOS Keychain.
- Settings: your chosen chip, the names you gave, voice and language preferences.
- Memory: things you ask the assistant to remember.
- Conversation history: the last 500 lines, encrypted with iOS file protection.
- Mac pairing: if you paired your own Mac, its connection details and access token (in the Keychain).
- Timer and alarm labels.
This data may be included in your iCloud or iPhone backup according to iOS rules.
2. What goes to Google Gemini
The assistant runs on Google's Gemini API. The connection is made with your key, directly from your phone to Google. While the assistant is on, the following is sent to Google:
- Your voice: while the assistant is listening (not in sleep mode and with the microphone on), microphone audio streams to Gemini, which detects when you finish speaking. You can turn the microphone off with the on-screen button or by putting the assistant to sleep. If a conversation is ongoing, the app keeps listening in the background; iOS shows this with the orange microphone indicator.
- What you type and photos you choose.
- Camera frames: only when you turn the camera on, one frame per second.
- Tool results: results of tools the assistant uses at your request, such as weather, calendar events and reminders, a contact it looked up, battery and storage status, remembered facts, and results from your paired Mac.
- A few lines of your last conversation: when a new session starts, so the chat can continue where it left off.
This data is subject to Google's terms: Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Important: on the Gemini API free tier, Google may use submitted content and responses to improve its products, and human reviewers may read them. Don't share sensitive or personal information on the free tier. On the paid tier, Google doesn't use this content to improve its products. See the terms above for details.
3. Other services

For calls, messages, directions or WhatsApp, the app opens the relevant app (Phone, Messages, Maps, WhatsApp); you confirm the call or send, and that app's own privacy rules apply.
4. Permissions
Every permission is optional. A feature that needs a permission you didn't grant won't work; everything else will. You can change permissions any time in iPhone Settings.
- Microphone: voice conversation. Without it, you can type.
- Camera: describing what it sees, and scanning the QR code to pair a Mac.
- Location (while using): weather where you are.
- Contacts: finding a person when you ask to call or message them.
- Calendars and Reminders: reading and adding events and reminders.
- Alarms: setting timers and alarms.
- Local network: finding your Mac on the same Wi-Fi.
5. Deletion and control
- Memory and history: Settings › HAFIZA › BİLDİKLERİNİ UNUT (forget) and GEÇMİŞİ SİL (delete history).
- Mac pairing: Settings › MAC › EŞLEŞMEYİ KALDIR (unpair).
- Key: you can change it in Settings. Deleting it at aistudio.google.com/apikey revokes it immediately.
- Deleting the app removes its data from your phone. iOS sometimes keeps Keychain items after an app is deleted; deleting the key at Google revokes it in every case.
- Data at Google: the developer holds no record of content sent to Google. For requests about that data, use Google's privacy tools.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children. Getting a Gemini API key requires meeting Google's age requirements.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with a new date.
